COSTS ARE A LITTLE MORE OF COURSE, FOR THE CONVENIENCE.....BUT I DONT HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME CLERK TO TYPE EVERYTHING IN, AND SCREW IT UP, OR NOT BE ABLE TO FIND THE COUNTRY ON THE SCREEN WHERE I AM SENDING....
Thanks for the info. I've used Western Union the old-fashioned way, but why go to the store when I can just stay home and do it? Just wondering if my bank/debit-card will allow the transaction. Guess we're gonna find out!
Works well for me, but the limits are lower online, and a little bit more expensive. Unless the book has quick collect, which makes it the same 12.95 as the agents.
I use Western Union's website whenever I can to fund sportsbooks. The fees are higher but generally books cover Western Union deposit fees so it doesn't really matter to me. If you do it online and it goes to Costa Rica, be prepared to have to call Western Union and verify that you are sending the money and who you are sending it to. It is a pain in the rump and it takes fifteen minutes or so to deal with the hassle but not having to wait to make transfers via Neteller or pay the fees that Firepay charges makes it worth it to me.
