Uncertain because it is an election year, stay tuned. Bottom line is that my belief is even if something is passed it will be of little effect to the savvy sportsbettor. The best that the Congress could hope is that it scares off a few of the more nervous types or those that have to keep their noses clean. Everyone else won't be bothered much with whatever gets passed is my personal guess, if anything passes at all.
