In all sincerity, I think of myself as a pretty decent gambler and in 95% of the cases my emotions are under control. However, with that being said, whenever I start to hit a losing streak or am on the wrong side of a "bad beat" my emotions go haywire and I begin to go on "tilt". I then deviate from SOUND MONEY MANAGEMENT and my original goals I set.
Can someone offer some sound advice on how they keep their emotions in check and resist going on "tilt" when a losing streak is in progress?
I appreciate any suggstions in advance as I want to continue to learn and believe if I can somehow master my emotions, it will improve my play even more. (my games of choice that i play are sports and craps)
