This is the first bankwire request I've made from Securebuxx. I requested the bankwire 7-31-03 and was assured I'd receive the funds by 8-4-03.

I've called 9 times in the last 2 days and no one can tell me when the bankwire will even go out. I emailed twice today and did not receive a response.

How the hell is this company operating? Anyone care to explain to me? I thought they were similar to Neteller, but it seems I was very wrong.

From my dealings with them they have no one in charge. They are very vague when you call CS and ask about your money.

Seems they really don't care at this point, makes me wonder if they are going out of business.

Out, have you tried asking the book to help at all?

From what i understand, they pretty much pushed you into this Securebuxx bullshit to begin with.

What a disgrace. I hope this shit gets resolved before this gets really damn messy.

could not pay by Neteller or Western Union or any other way. So I took my chances with Securebuxx.

I'm really not sure the book is in position to help as they barely helped to begin with.

Not sure, but, i know a few others were having similar problems, and the main guy from the book was able to help them. I am trying to get ahold of him now.

and it's more of the same. He has no clue as to when I'll get my money. And there's no supervisor available to speak to.

I'm truly amazed that no one is in charge of this company.

I was looking forward to Securebuxx being made available to customers outside the US and Canada. I guess I'll pass now.

If you aren't getting results demand to speak to Anthony or a manager. I am in the same boat as you in regard to why I am at Securebuxx, but from what I have been told, he can get you answers.

I've asked for Anthony the last 7 times I've called and David says Anthony is not in the office. I ask for a supervisor and David says he's handling things. I ask David when I'll get my money and he has no clue. I emailed securebuxx twice and still no response. The person I can get is this kid David and he repeats the same thing everytime.

Are you also waiting to be paid by SBXX?

Is the money in your securebuxx account?

If you have the money in your account and David says that he's running the place while Anthony is out, why can't he answer when the money will be sent?

What is his reason for not sending the money? What is his response? If some guy is telling me he's running the show, he's going to give me some answers (even if they are bs and lies).

If this issue is even remotely related to the issues dating back to Friday/Saturday with securebuxx and a book that shall remain nameless then it would be nice for someone from this site to step in here and help this guy. If related, it would seem to me that the book and securebuxx are up to no good and slow paying like a mothereffer.

That is really poor outandup. But I am not too surprised. I tried to set up and fund an account twice before w/ Securebuxx and both times CS was so poor it never happen.

I put in a bank wire withdrawal request today with them, but I am in no hurry.

I am with the others, if David says he is the man then he should be able to tell you when the wire was sent. If he is just saying he doesn't know when it will get to you, I could buy that for a couple days. But he should provide you details of when it was sent.

By the way, what book is it? Why can't they pay any other way except securebuxx especially if they mention other withdrawal methods on their website?

If they stated previously that the ONLY method of withdrawal method is securebuxx then fine but if this is a recent occurence then posters should know what the eff is going on there.
