SEC won't stop me from shorting

I am now short FRT and COF. Too bad I had to cover most of my shorts since they are on the SEC no shorting list. I cant wait to see this market tank (under 10,000) by end of year even with these new regulations. Fuk the US and our new SOCIALIST govt!!!!!

COF and FRT were NOT on the list. I have been short COF for about 3 months and just started my short position of FRT at $86.

the list is only for new shorts. if a person is currently short, they can keep the position.

you can short more on 10/2. it's only a 10 day ban.
