This Bannister Kid is the real deal- 2 Earned Runs in 19 innings in the spring. Patterson for the Nats is no slouch at unders.

3* St. Louis/Philly Under 9
Myers is a friend and I believed he is on a mission to do even better than last year. Mulder is a nice under- I sense a 4-3 type ball game here. The fence has been moved back 8 feet this year.

The 4 Play is history. 10-0 now. Mays never had a chance. Fortunately my season is not based on one game- but it was felt nevertheless. 4-3 on totals alone.

bad beat on detroit bro, not many times a team covers the number themselves. i beleive were made the correct play but it just lost, no biggie! i like the rest of the card as well.

3* Milwaukee/Pitt Under 8 1/2
was sincerely not wanting to post another game until but this has good value and a perfect under ump to help us.

a quick question about last night, do you know if the ball carries better in toronto when the roof is closed? seems like last year they had lots of overs early and then unders once it warmed up.

This might be due to the tendency of a downdraft in the outfield while the roof is open, which tends to prevent as many home runs being hit versus when the roof is closed.

Looks like the home run given up by Wagner in the 9th to tie the game at 4 is a death blow on the NY Mets/Wash game.
But we hit Philly under and looking good on the Pitt/Milw under.

Not much again tonight- lost a tough one in the 9th inning -HR to tie the game and that meant an over in the Wash/Mets game.
I am failing on bullpen info and I know it.
I plan to come back at a later date. I believe I will be more effective at that time.

Favorites have won 27 games
Underdogs have won 10 games

overs 23
unders 12
pushes 2 (that might vary a bit depending on books)

Really intrigued with the overs dominating so early....

One possible reason for the early season overs is unusually mild weather for early april across the country.

Now I wanted to wait and see what the bull pens were shaping up as the season is so young. Both these teams answer decent bull pens so far. The pitching is decent (ERA is suspect but the record each pitcher shows against the opposing team is good- the bull pens show strong at this early stage- the umpire is like 22-37 on unders and the wind is blowing in 15-25. The trends say under as well.
