Which poster bet me $100 Lynch wouldn't be in Seattle next year?

Very unlikely Seahawks return to Super Bowl. They might be down the next year or two before they build up another run at a title.

Tough to bounce back after something like what happened and i am not sure if Lynch has 3 more real productive season's left so if you don't make it back next season it becomes very questionable as to if its needed money against the cap , which will become more of a problem for Sea after this season.

Of course they will. History shows us that teams that are built around defenses don't stay good that long. They prob. have 4 guys on that defense who think they are the best player.
