You're right, the spread is ugly. But what exactly does Oak bring to the table here? Last time they played one another, Oak beat them in 2010 33-3. Yes I know that was 4 yrs ago and pretty meaningless but regardless I think hawks smash them. Oak doesn't care about this game. Why? Because they're hosting Denver next week. And that is a HUGE game for them. That spread is ugly and every team circles the SB champs on the calendar.
Also, as bad as OAK is, it's not like SEA has been blowing teams out lately.
Good Luck.
LOL you forget that TB played Miami the week after. NOT a divisional rival.Last year, Week 9, 0-7 TB went into SEA as -16 dogs. TB lost in OT 27-24. No one gave TB a chance.
This year, Week 9, 0-7 OAK goes into SEA as -?? dogs.
Taking them now incase line goes up. Oakland looking at Denver next week. They don't care about this game. It's meaningless...
6 units on Sea -15 $165 to win $150

This is the same scenario as Denver/Jets. Everyone thought Jets would show up. They didn't. Who did they show up for? Their nemesis the following week. PATS!
IF my prediction is correct. Seawhks smash them and makes public perception that NO WAY Oakland covers spread vs Denver next week. And I assure you, They WILL!
LOLOLOL
You act as if Oakland is in contention for the division title. I VERY seriously doubt Oakland is looking past Seattle. If anything, they would have looked past Cleveland with Seattle on deck. However, for them EVERY game is meaningful. Guys are playing for their jobs not for the playoffs. To suggest they wouldn't be motivated for this game is ludicrous!
I like your write up much better hahaha G/L RussellWiz is a very shrewd and solid capper. He picks his plays and spots for situations where some people would ignore. I like this play and will be on Seattle. This line is set so high to discourage action on an injured and self doubting team at the moment. Back to back losses and a come from behind 4 point win against a bad Carolina team. Seattle's perception is very low at the moment. They could have set this line at 10.5 or 11.5 and still get enough Oak action. Why set it at 15? There is a reason it's that high. Sea is on a down tick and people are thinking there is problems in coffee town. Injuries to key players, Harvin trade, rumours of Lynch leaving next year. Too many distractions right? Oakland is the perfect opponent to right the ship and clear their heads. Good luck wiz. I'll be on the Seahawks with you.
