The only two touts that I know that are not scammers are IC and Teddy June they will never try to rip you off and they are have the price of Sea-ass,

There is a reason for the credibility you give TJ and IC.....they earned it by being forum posters first. They proved they could win for a reasonable amount of time before going service. Any tout that has no proven track record should not be trusted until you can verify yourself. Much easier to be a good marketer than a good capper.
