Guilty, yes. Proving it is something else. I can't convict someone on circumstancial evidence since there will always be that .0000001 percent chance he is not guilty.
TT, you don't have to be 100% convinced someone is guilty to convict them. Beyond reasonable doubt, not beyond any shade of doubt.

our system sucks....i thought you couldn't convict someone on circumstantial evidence. they have no real proof that he did it yet everyone knows he did and thats why he is getting convicted

whats up with those idiots outside of the courthouse....dont they have something better to do?

When you are talking about the death penalty or life in prison, then it should be beyond any shade of doubt.

How did they convict him of killing Conner. Oh i see how it is in the US. If the mother kills the baby it is abortion, but if any other person does it it is murder? Interesting.

Not that i care either way really, but this sort of thing scares me..

The verdict came after a five-month trial that was an endless source of fascination to the tabloids, People magazine and the cable networks with its story of an attractive, radiant young couple awaiting the birth of their first child, a cheating husband, and a slaying for which prosecutors had no eyewitnesses, no weapon, not even a cause of death.

I agree with you Vaulted. Thank goodness he is guilty. Plenty of circumstancial evidence showing guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

You gotta be kidding me?? You guys actually feel sorry for this guilty-as-hell c*cks*cker? Must be all the liberals who voted for Kerry, and the ones who think OJ was innocent because the jurors in that case were f*ckin morons.
