SBR’s rating on Royal Sports to remain at “C” 11/11/03
SBR is concerned that Royal’s recent bailout of GamblersAvenue did not include a signed contract. Without a signed, legally binding contract, GamblersAvenue may still currently belong to the original owners yet Royal is paying the players upon completion of the 5x rollover.
SBR is also concerned that Royal has grown too fast. The launch of their new low juice product 5 weeks ago and now the bailout of GamblersAvenue both came at a time when there was little promotion, we assume because of budget reasons, of Royal Sports own sportsbook.
SBR would like to see evidence that the GamblerAvenue bailout included a legally binding agreement to prevent the owners from reclaiming the sportsbook and possibly heavy damages via legal action. We believe Royal Sports is a B- or better operation even with the concerns stated above as long as the questions over the legality of the GamblersAvenue acquisition are removed.

And roberto PLEASE answer the questions about why Interactive Entertainment is in the mix. Who are they and are they separate from CuraWorld/Royal?
And of course this is just my opinion
