[FONT=open_sansregular]I'm backing the Nationals with Hellickson over Velasquez. Washington broke out of its slump in a big way with a 17-7 rout of the Phillies and 19-year-old Juan Soto belted two homers among his four hits and the Nationals hit seven home runs, including Bryce Harper's 20th of the season. Washington improved to 23-18 on the road and will face Vince Velasquez and the Phillies are 3-14 in his last 17 home starts against teams with winning records. Philadelphia has lost six of Velasquez's last seven starts and he has a 6.23 ERA at home and he's 1-3 with a 5.90 ERA in June. Jeremy Hellickson will make his first start since coming off the disabled list and he owns a 2-0 record and 2.28 ERA in nine starts. He was giving the Nationals five or six solid innings before injuring his hamstring, which felt fine in a rehab assignment.
