Boy o boy something smells like shit down in South Jersey.....And I mean it stinks.....Michigan St is only -14 to this Rutgers team....I know Michigan St. has Michigan on deck....Regardless,only a 14 point chalk to this garbage team?.....You smell that?.....Rutgers +14
