Some games for the morning. Really like more of the evening card (3 games) and will be back later with those.
5* UGa - 28'
Mismatch here as under achieving Mid Tn comes to Athens versus well coached Dawg team. MTSU had trouble stopping Fla Atl team. Not sure how their defense hold UGA under 50. Expect swarming defense to add scores as well.
4* Nebr - 32
Not believing in Big Red here just a case where talent dictates laying big number. USU QB making first road start and they are replacing other talent and they can't stop the run. Can't play with Huskers if you can't stop the run.
4.5* Hou/Mich Ov 53
3* Memphis +8'
Addition of new DC Dunn you know defense will be flying all over the field. Offense of Mem improving with experienced QB Wimprine and some solid receivers to throw to. Miss has shown that they can not defend the pass. They should get a good test here.
3* Wash -24
Not sure what to think about Indy team after trouncing at the hands of UConn. UW did as expected, good pass - no rush. UW D actually played better than expected and expect more of the same. Bad matchup as Indy does not stop the pass and that is what UW excels at.
2* ND -5'
First big start for new qb (WSU) although he's been in the program for years. Tough spot though as most of offensive playmakers are gone bye-bye. Defensively Coogs are rebuilding up front and in defensive backfield. ND returning most of defense which was probably their best offense. They do get RB Jones back and he's a game breaker. QB Holiday came on late in the year and should be MUCH, MUCH improved. ND has also gotten better receivers although they are young, but their is a great staff in place to educate them on route running and the passing game (See STANFORD during Willingham era?
