Not bad for the second ranked player in the World....he had a bad morning, get over it....I guess you didn't watch him make all those birdies in the 4 ball matches....I totally agreed with Love's decision to bench him in the morning.....

I believe it was 2 bad mornings.. No doubt he played well coming home, but if your a Ryder cup player, you shouldn't be having to fix your swing this late in the year. Those drives were awful.. the rest of US team is carrying both Tiger and Stricker

Davis Love should never be allowed anywhere near a Ryder Cup again. Just awful Captain's decisions. Not playing a hot Bradley/Michelson team on Saturday. And picking Furyk and Stricter as his Captain's picks was a terrible decision. Furyk has been choking in big tournaments all year. What made him think the Ryder Cup was going to be any different? And then using him as one of the anchors coming down the stretch on Sunday. What the hell was he thinking? They needed a captian who is willing to tell these rich millionaires when they are going to play, and when they are going to sit. Tiger Woods as his last man out..LMAO. What did he do in the Ryder Cup to make him deserving of the last anchor? Dumb

He was thinking the cup would be won long before the outcome of that game and probably wanted to slash his wrists when he realized his attempt at 'hiding' Furyk was about to come unhinged in front of millions watching on tv.

Anchor man is way overrated in this type format...you need points right away...

Tiger should have been used somewhere in the top 5 or 6 matches...

And if the points don't come right away (like yesterday) you need a good anchor man.

Tiger should have been used somewhere in the top 5 or 6 matches...

Why? Because it would have 'mattered' more? When it mattered in the majors on the final day this year he shot 74, 73, 72 and 73.

Anchor man isn't over rated, Tiger Woods is, especially in a format that requires him to be a team-player, which he clearly is not, as was evidenced when he sat in his hotel room watching on TV while the rest of the team were supporting their teammates on the course on the day he was rested.

The biggest mistake Love made was sitting Mickelson/Bradley on Saturday to keep the other millionaires egos in check. The way they were playing, there's a decent chance the U.S. would have had a 7-3 lead going into the last day instead of 6-4, which is a much different story. You DON'T sit players who have the hot hand. For here on out the U.S. needs to pick a more firey captain who is not willing to pander to these spoiled PGA players. Love is way too much of a low key person to be the captain of anything. I've never really cared for the dude. He's got the personality of a brick wall.

a lot of pga tour players do.. that is why i have always rooted for the euro's in this event.. even monte can be funny as hell on their side... would much rather have a beer with any of those guys over the u.s team.. sergio was hilarious in the media center after the event..

i would have loved to have heard a u.s. player in the media center afterward say " you know what, it hurts that we lost , but the bottom line is that golf in general was the big winner here. it was an exciting event that we all had fun playing . we played well , but they just played a little bit better " ....

to hear furyk say after he gagged that : " i know these 11 guys have my back " your back for what ? is their a rumble later we dont know about ?? ... its a fukkin golf exhibition. doom and gloom needs to stop..

I can't forget Captain Ben Hogan's comment at a Ryder Cup event where he stated that the American team were the best golfers in the world. Where has all this kind of American bravado gone? With the wind? Something seriously needs to be done to put our best golfers on the next Ryder Cup teams with the best possible Captains that know how to lead (hopefully based on their own excellent Ryder cup successes). If Ben Hogan were still alive and he were the captain instead of Love, I believe the US would have won. I also believe that if Larry Nelson were the captain instead of Love the US would have won, based on his leadership and his own excellent example in the Ryder Cup. Love does not have a good Ryder Cup record. Political Correctness is killing this country and killing the quality of our Ryder Cup golf teams. Who wants to see another Ryder Cup event with a bunch of sissies who call themselves professional golfers? Where is the real pride in representing America?
