Saturday, 11/29/2014: NBA Basketball Selections - LAST THREAD

Guys, I appreciate all your support and help in these threads. This thread has been fun. However, I simply cannot participate in this forum any longer in the meantime. I have had some run-ins with some mods over posters that have harassed me over being native american. Constant alcohol, drunk, and negative native american posts. Another poster even said he would shoot me in the head and absolutely nothing was done over it. I simply cannot be apart of this site any longer. The mods are horrible racist supporters who I simply cannot associate with. I'm more than fine with taking a beating about my picks or about my political beliefs, but when it becomes personal about race or threats, I would hope the people in control would stop it.

But they simply refuse to. I will set up an excel download on the site for those of you who want to export your picks out of the database so you can continue keeping track of them on your own. The site will also be up and running for those of you who want to keep using the picks. If someone wants to take over showing the results I can show them how.

I will continue posting my NFL plays in the contest because of a contest I am in with another member. Other than that, I'm done taking my time providing something positive for the site with these horrendous mods.

Ditto, I was unaware of this as well... but it appears there's some knucklehead named Seymour going around and trolling AKP on TheRx and just generally being a creeper with nothing better to do. I would imagine it would be easier to block his posts and just ignore him since he would not see your posts and vice versa? Not trying to excuse his behavior but I've learned quickly that there are pieces of shit in this world in real-life and on the internet, best to develop a thick skin, move on, and just do your own thing. The people that try to tear others down are typically individuals who are disappointed with their own lives and are unable to contribute anything else except hateful vitriol. Would love for you to stick around here akiphidelt but in the end you need to do what's best for you.

It occurs to me often..... that..... several potato head poster on here would SHOOT THEMSELVES IN THE HEAD.... if they were ever really betting the plays they post in the bogus amounts they post.

I will start a new NBA picks thread everyday - starting today - anyone can put their picks in the thread - - I WILL NOT BE KEEPING RECORDS FOR ANYONE !!!
I will usually have the next days thread up either the night before or early the morning of.
If AK comes back - he can resume things as before.
