Today's selection comes from a crew of Russian kids out of New York. I say "kids" because they're in their 20's. Now they certainly are not a new crew of mine, but they are one that has recently become the most respected group of bettors in Vegas. In fact, they're one of the more sophisticated crews Vegas books have had to deal with since the '90s. I gained access to their plays through one of their runners in Vegas, and when they bang a game, I'm going to release it to my clients.

Ok not that Budins crews are real, but if you think about this if these "kids" are in their 20's and Vegas has had to deal with them since the 90's. So this means that these kids were sharp enough and moved enough money to get on Vegas' radar when they were still teenagers. I mean its 2009 now so these kids could have been no older than 19 in 1999. Maybe they were using this runner and calling him from their elementary school.
