Call me a Homer, or whatever....but my GOY goes this Saturday & it's on my Hometown, Alumni SC GAMECOCKS!

---CFB GOY---
---25 UNITS---
SC GAMECOCKS +7
Zooks guys have jumped ship!
Steve ain't coming home!
The fans have even quit loving their team!
Zook will not be able to keep The Gators together here, against The Cocks! This is not a UF Faternity Football Game! SC is 21-5 ATS when they score atleast 22 points, since 1992. And 22 points shouldn't be a problem vs The Gators Weak Defense! Florida is only 6-6 ATS vs The Cocks since 1992! Take SC +7 & Get Paid!

do like the oregon pick, my pow, also like texas as well. some others i like:

Oregon state -1 @ stanford
nevada -7 vs. smu
tulane -6 vs army
asu -13 vs wsu

question: why is everyone taking marshall +10 vs. bowling green after what happened last week vs akron when their defense just fell apart. i would think the play is bowling green since nobody has stopped them except for OU and N. Illnois. two decent teams the rest they rolled over.

Casper.......

Didn't B.G. Roll N. ILL too...38-14...??

No Doubt B.G. has a jam-up team, top to bottom. They are strong. I just, simply like Marshall +10 in this spot. They are coming off a loss & I still look back to their games vs MICH ST., OHIO ST, & GA earlier in the year. The Herd has played much stronger competition. They simply keep games close.--MARSHALL+10--

I liked your South Carolina writeup. I've been thinking about that game all week. I think I'll pull the trigger and lay it on the Cocks. I hope to see old Lou smilin' for once after they win the game. I'm also thinking about taking Texas. Going to see how the weather is first. It's supposed to be nasty here in the Midwest this weekend. I'm probably going to end up playing Oregon too. Only because I won a load of money on em last week. Go Cocks! Hook the Zook!:nopityA:

bowling green lost to n. illnois 34-17. marshall has kept games close vs. georgia, ohio st, and mich st but that was early in the season. i don't think marshall's defense has gone up against an offense like bowling green's recently or at all. just my two cents.

bowling green is the right pick, i took em first half and for game here's just a bit of my reasoning:

Bowling Green is outscoring opponents 125-13 in the first quarter and 140-72 in the opening half. The Thundering Herd, meanwhile, is stumbling out of the starting blocks, trailing by a combined 70-44 first quarter margin.
"Every game," Marshall coach Bobby Pruett said. "We’ve started slow every game."The Falcons are scoring 42.4 points a game, fourth in the NCAA, and Marshall is averaging 23.4 points. BGSU is led by sophomore quarterback Omar Jacobs who has already passed for 2,833 yards and 27 touchdowns this season, while throwing only two interceptions. The BGSU signal caller
is completing 69.5% of his passes and has four receivers that have each amassed at least 1,000 yards receiving in their careers. Jacobs also posseses good speed and has rushed for 235 yards and four touchdowns this season.

Gregg Brandon Press Conference Quotes
. How important is this game as far as BG getting to a bowl?
A. I think it's huge. As far as the MAC, we don't get any respect for the bowls. So, we've got to prove that we deserve to be there [by winning out], and this is a big start, we need to beat Marshall. We're already bowl eligible, but nobody talks about us getting to a bowl game. We've already won seven games. If we were in the Big Ten we'd all be smoking cigars right now. We'd be in one of the 99 bowl games they have, you know. And we've still got a shot at winning this league. If we can get some help from the boys up north tonight, we can stay alive. But, realistically, who knows what's going to happen. We just need to make it impossible for the bowls to ignore us, and I think our players know that. We have an exciting offense and a marquee quarterback. We have a stifling defense that is only giving up eighteen points a game."
