Garland has had one good start this year, and that was with 6 days off in between starts, hopefully the normal 4 days off won't be enough. He has looked horrible in 3 of 4 starts this year.

No pro goes chasing a loss with 10 times their normal units, playing heavy chalk, and pressing. They trie to build their bankroll back up by more solid constant unit plays, gradually and in a disciplined way.

You might have some clue on how to cap baseball, but not on how to gamble, and if you do gamble for real, which i doubt it, you are a bookies dream.
