This is the 44th time a team has been down 3-1 in the World Series. Only six times has the team that was down come back to win it (the most recent was the 1985 Royals). In 24 of those 44 World Series (55%), the team that was ahead ended things in Game 5.
Having said that, you would have to be nuts to lay 7-1. Why not bet them individually in each game until you win. Tonight for example you're getting +1.59 as oppose to laying 7-1. How would you feel if you lost tonight laying 7-1...it then gets scary. If they do lose tonight, the Giants will be a small favorite in game 6 and then you can bet them in that game., etc. If you don't like them tonight and they lose they'll probably be about -2.80 to win the series. But trust me, laying 7-1, win or lose is a horrible (dumb) wager.

Does it matter what you think or what I think or what anybody thinks? He's a little more insight for you from a guy that's been wagering over 35 years and then I'll shut up.
When you're handicapping a game leave out the words "I think" and " I feel" and you'll do a whole lot better. Look at the game, decide which team offers up more value and then bet it.
It makes me laugh when I read stuff like, "I just feel that the Phillies are going to come out strong", or "I think there's gonna be a lot of runs scored.
