San Diego State Line Movement

I was looking at the line on San Diego State and it was at -1.5 I hit refresh and it was at +2. Must be some sort of injury?

Both San Diego State and Cinncy struggling to score right now. However, I think SDST controls this entire game and covers as a favorite.

And now getting points? Can someone please shed some light here?

Aqeel Quinn is out for sdsu and is one of their leading scorers I believe.... I love sdsu as team but they are very hard to watch offensively... They have major troubles scoring because they don't have a true point guard anymore with Thames leaving and they rely almost entirely on driving the lane and tips shots off missed jumpers and layups. With that being said, there is no doubt in my mind they play the best defense in the country. Yeah washington beat them but it's because they struggle to score. Sdsu moves the ball well, passes are crisp, they hit the boards hard and have the better coach as well as defense. Cincy is kind of like a mirror image but with less tenacity. They are still great defensivley and pride themselves on it but they aren't as talented as sdsu in terms of height, length and atheltecism.... Most of sdsu starters are like 6'6-6-10".... I think this will be a very close game, im talking 2-3 points either way, but I look for sdsu as the better and more experienced team with a better coach to win down the stretch. Be very careful tho, sdsu is a terrible free throw shooting team!!! I mean horrid! They shoot about 55% or so each game and they are about 20% from 3 point range against good teams... I would only wager a small bet since they aren't at home....


***the better play is on the total... Ive said this a few times in my thread. Over the past 3 seasons I've made a lot of money off playing their totals on the under... They play the best defense in the country, struggle to score and certainly can't make free throws and 3's lol.... Add that up and you get games that wind up 53-45 all the time... The total just came out at 109 and is up to 110... People will look at that and drive itnup but it will most likely stay under... I can't promis anything like a lock or sure winner but over the long haul I always bet sdsu unders, never once played an over... BOL and hope that helps

Quack, 9.7 ppg is a leading scorer???? Hell, no wonder you play the Aztecs under, LOL. Not really seeing much Brass, Quinn has been hurt since the 10th I believe, so not really new news....shit, say that fast five times. GL

Actually, Quinn hasn't played since the end of November, so that can't possibly be the reason for line movement.

Hahaha yep T.... Not sure if he is there leading scorer or not, but he is probably their best playmaker and shooter... Polie is a good freshman who I think puts in 10 a game but for the most part all their guys score 8-12 points a game seems like... Probably not true but just seems like it. Since Thames left they can't score efficiently... Total is now down to 107.5 on scores and odds.... I'll wait since tipoff isn't till 8 my time... I think itnwill ultimately get back up to 110.... Check my thread later today for a play on the total

I know sdsu had some travel issues with exams and no
Direct flight from sd to cincy, so they werent able to practice.
Imo they wont need it, cats have zero scorers.

Thanks quack and tmader7! I was looking at that under this morning at 110. Every time I see that low number I get spooked. I gotta convince myself just to play it.

Brass, I normally only play unders if it's raining or snowing like hell. Last time I checked, neither affects a basketball game, LOL. Takes some stones to play one this low, but these two might not hit 100, let alone 110. There will be two, count it, TWO players on the court avg'ing dd scoring, both for the Aztecs...Shepard at an eye-popping 10.2 ppg and Polee knocking down 10.0 ppg. It goes downhill from there, fast. Of course, I played the over 140+ in the Witchy State/Bama tilt the other night and hell, they only put up a combined 105, so SDSU and Cincy will probably score 200 tonight, LOL. GL with your action.

this game has the makings of like 45-41 or 47-43.......the only way I could see this game going over is if it goes to OT or they foul like crazy at the end to prolong the game and you get a lot of garbage free throws and layups.

Yeah they absolutely HOSED me a couple weeks ago with their GARBAGE FT's. They missed like 14 or something and didnt cover by 1. I've been banging the unders in all of their games since and have had great success. I think I'll take the under again tonight. Good luck everyone!
