Just came back 2 days ago, make sure you don't walk around near San Luis hotel at night, you gotta go to Blue Deep! It's freaking awsome and it's supposed to be the best club in South America, if you are staying with Decameron the best party is San Luis Hotel...Colombian girls are waaayy hot and friendly and bring as much shopping money as you can..

I went there about a month ago and loved it. I also recommend San Luis. Get ready to be surrounded by French Canadians though (Direct flight from Toronto and Montreal, I think).
It seems like a very safe place where you can walk around with money hanging out of your pockets and no will touch you. Someone told me that the Colombian Mafia owns most of the hotels and the residents know not to phuk with the tourists... or else!

ALso, see if you can buy Colombian pesos before you get there. Just enough to pay the Airport Tax at the Airport in San Andres when you land! I think it's like $15 dollars per person in dollars or $6 or $7 dollars in pesos. So obviously you want to pay in pesos! When you get off the plane there is no where to buy pesos until after you pay the tax! Even if you lose a dollar or two buying Colombian pesos in C.R., you still make like $10 to $20 bucks depending on how many whores your taking with you!
