samsung instinct or iphone, which is better?

all depends on where you live. i have talked to many with the iphone and the phone service sucks if you are not in a big metropolitan area. The rest of the phone is very cool. I am Crackberry man. Check out the new one..

i live in a mid sized city in new york state so i think coverage would be ok.
I was leaning towards the iphone which is slightly more expensive but then i read that the instinct can now use the opera mini browser which greatly improves the performance

I've got an Instinct and it's no iPhone, not even close. It's a good choice though if your carrier doesn't have the iPhone, which is my case. hno:

Instinct owner here, Iphone is much slicker and cooler but the Instinct is good if you are stuck with Sprint.

Internet is really fast on Instinct and Rx comes up great. Wsex and BetJm are accessible from the phone as well.

Instinct gets a solid 8.5 from me

yeah i read that today too. Was going to get an iphone because I had read that the browser in the instinct was not great but everything else was just as good or better than the iphone. Now trying to decide between the 2. I am not with any carrier now so I can choose either one.

You have to go to www.mini.opera.com from your phone and download it.

Its as simple as that

Also make sure you go to settings/General/Update Software to download the newest patch from Sprint that allows Opera Mini to work.

Get back in this thread when you do this and let me know how much smoother the web browsing becomes
