Terrible OL, aging vets brought in (Gore, Johnson) that are pretty much done. Defense hasn't been good for years. Secondary awful, LBs are crap. Drafts haven't been good, aside from a few players.

The GM should have been canned already. Pagano has made his share of gaffes, but the roster isn't good. They are wasting the prime years of Luck.
