Such an embarrassment to Wazzu.

Guy is banned from Pullman bars because of starting bar room brawls around here. What a joke.

And he was so close to being taken ahead of Peyton Manning. What a douche.

I still would like to know how he got busted for this.

I know the money was there at the time, but he made the biggest mistake of his life when he left a year early. Guy just wasn't mature enough for the big time. Really to bad, he could have been really good.

He was a good college QB, but I don't know about ever being good in the NFL. He certainly had many chances even after his bust rookie season, but he just didn't have it. To be honest, I doubt he has any regrets. He looked like a guy that got what he wanted when he signed, and the money was enough for him. No heart.

He had the perfect size and arm to be a successful NFL QB, but his maturity level was that of a high school senior. I think an extra year in college and a degree would have done him a lot of good.

But I agree with you that he had no heart. He'll eventually regret how he handled it when he's older I'm sure.

Peyton MAnning is the one who had the bust rookie season. Ryan won more games in his first 2 weeks than Peyton did the whole season.

Looking at Leaf's career, how could he be in the NFL only 2.5 seasons? His career record was 4-17. Didn't even qualify for a pension.

His anger management issues would not have improved over an additional year.

Nian Taylor (former Wideout) was telling me when they went to Leaf's family Cabin in Montana. His father rented 2 jet skies, instead of 3 and Leaf went Postal. Everyone felt bad for his dad. Nian was like, it isn't that serious man, and he wouldn't let it go.

Maybe not, but it could not have hurt at all. He did have some serious anger management issues, that's for sure.
