I'm going to second Texas Tech, in short, Eli overrated and has been out passed by Vandy and Memphis. OM has no running game to go to and a weak secondary. I see Tech beating them like they did Clemson in the bowl game last year. They out passed NC State by 329 yards and should do the same this week but with a lot more points and less mistakes.
