My girlfirend sent them 820 by netller last weekend and wanted to w/d 2100 today (820 by neteller and the rest by western union9. now she got the following answer:
After deliberation, management has come to decision that your money must remain in your account for the period of 14 days as stated in our web site. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
That can`t be true or? She even did not use the freeplay.

Why would you deposit with a book knowing you were not going to be in it for at least 14 days?

Does the 14 days only apply to BONUS accounts?

I know that is their rule on BONUS accounts?

Did you deposit this past weekend?

Deposit, bonus and fees must be left in the account for 14 days with enough funds to complete the required rollover, usually 3 times. Winnings over that amount can be withdrawn.

deposit last weekend, no bonus used. they put the 10% freeplay in instantly even without request.

No bonus was used and around 3900 in action.

Andy-

If this is your FIRST deposit using Neteller with Heritage, than you should be able to withdraw you winnings before the 14 days like they say.

I hope your not using Neteller to fund TWO different accounts at Heritage. That would pose a significant problem if so.

andynbg, i have contacted Heritage with the details u have given me, and await their response...

I have asked them if u have the option of w/d just the winnings, or forfeiting bonuses and transfer fees to recieve your money also, i will post here when i get an answer...

andy, i heard back from Heritage fairly quickly, and Michael said he will get back to me later this evening, he is very busy with some other things right now, but i am supposed to hear back from him this evening....

Heritage Sports allows Western Union withdrawals weekdays between 8am PST and 1pm PST, 11am Eastern and 3pm Eastern.
Request money through Neteller weekdays from 8am PST and 1pm PST, 11am Eastern and 4pm Eastern.
Never ever again at heritage !!!

andy a couple of things come to mind when i read this post...

first of all, i am trying to help, and i just found out about this problem....

you say its your g/f's acct, and then u say that they are hoping you will lose....that strikes me as odd..

secondly, that cant make u wager...the only way u can lose money in the acct is by wagering, simply dont wager til you hear back from them.....if you/your girlfriend, were trying to withdraw all the money in the account, then u obviously werent going to be able to bet there tonight, so dont bet...

I am simply the go between here, and was letting u know that i got a response from heritage that Michael would be in touch this evening......

Hopefully everything you have told me here in this thread is accurate, as that is how i portrayed it to Heritage, and i still wonder why you say it was your g/f account, then say they are hoping "you" lose....

Please be patient til i can hear from them, then we can get this settled...

legit post. i do not have an account there and she posted up because she had a funded neteller account what i did not have during last weekend. that means she is getting back the 820 and i the winnings. that is the whole story for that. if they want her id they can have it right away and everyone else that wants it can have it too. furthermore if i was a bonus whore i would not have someone posting up for a 10% fp when there are better offers out there. Thanks for your work.

Andy, i didnt say it wasnt a legite post, and i approached it as a legit post, and i contacted Heritage, and i gave u the info i got...

Like i said, please be patient til i hear back from them.....
