For a while theRx was sinking. But the ship has been righted and it's smooth sailing again. Of course there is still the issue of certain casino gamblers that need to be paid but that does not detract from this being the #1 sports gambling forum on the internet. Despite the attempts of some disloyal ex-employees who are interested only in destroying something that has helped players probably more than anything else.
buck, nice post. I tend to agree with you. People can say what they want about the forums being better when people stir up bullshit. I say they are better when people are simply striving to help one another legitimately. Strut, Rpm, wilheim, and all of the other moderators are doing a fantastic job! This place is much more pleasant to be at of late. And it didn't exactly hurt my pocketbook when those great cappers broke the story about the party train that New mexico was in in Las Vegas prior to the Las Vegas Bowl.
Buck, I totally agree that this place has take a turn for the better. I hope that continues.

My feeling is peep's or any other site is irrelevant in the merits of the rx. I think the rx should worry about there own home and peeps place, which by nature lends itself to the gossip of other sites, should do the same.
Look, there is no doubt that there are major issues that need to be addressed here at the rx. Some of them appear to be on the map, but I would not mistake that for a quick cure.
Naturally, this is just my opinion. But anyone who doe sot see that the landscape of this industry has changed over the last 6 months will be left far behind.

MW, Peep's, and Rx serve both common and different purposes and fill various needs. None are the final answer in themselves and none are totally irrelevant. Each forum has sits trong points and flaws, the same as individuals have strong points and flaws.
All three forums (and others) are useful to the person who learns to read between the lines and separate the wheat from the chaffe. Unfortunately, most readers don't have the time or inclination to do that. Because of this, many come away disallusioned or simply take somebody else's word for something. As a result, there is a lot of bandwagon hopping with the result of "Rx sucks" or "Major sucks," or "Marty Jensen is a crook" being commonly believed and repeated by those who don't have all the facts at hand.

MSS - FWIW. Jaguars +134 (pinny) on the ML tommorow to beat the Falcons outright on the field. Vick or no Vick, I like the way Jaqs D. is playing. Also their ground game with Fred Taylor should make hay vs. weak and young Falcon D front. not to mention atrocious secendary. Just thought I would pass it along.
