I am funded with both.

I wish they would have kept the Skybook software. BetPhoenix software is alot slower. Forget about the new version, very slow.

Also, has anyone combined the 2 accounts? I take it the lines are the same.

I called and asked about the half NBA point after I noticed no free half point. I was told that their software was not set up for it after the change but they said they would honor it if the half point made a difference in the outcome of the bet. The guy I talked to offered to send me an email saying so. He did however point out that the half point was good for "today's" games only (I called on Friday); my recollection is that in the past Skybook offered the 1/2 point on all NBA games offered on Friday whether they were to be played on Friday or later.

I have about 10K at Skybook and was looking to make a withdrawal of some or all of it and was told that the maximum withdrawal is 1K and the fee for that is $70 by moneygram or western union. What a bunch of bs. 7% to take your money out and would have to do 10 separate transactions.

Used to be a very good book, now they have really gone in the tank. Took them a week after getting their new software to get my limits corrected.^<<^

Fish,

I have been playing at Skybook for 10 years or more. I noticed them sliding just a bit in a few things that I monitor over the past year but still thought they were pretty solid.

they have just been jerking me around this past week though.

They gave me a $500 freeplay and asked me to roll it over 10 times. No big deal. So, I start rolling it over and playing quite a bit in the casino, really way too much but probably rolled over 100k in the casino and then I asked and they tell me that casino doesn't count as rollover. :ohno: Now I play at a ton of books and this made no sense to me. Hell most of them give you 10% on your losses.

Then they by mistake had my account set to 100 max wagers. Took them what seemed forever to get that changed.

Now after the apparent merger my limits were back to 100 which has taken them a week to fix. They now tell me I have met rollover but come up with this BS in regards to fee's. I send them emails and it takes forever to return them.

It's sad because I used to sing their praises.

Can't even keep track of the books that ad here, it's like a revolving door; shame about Sky, they use to be good.

bro what rock did u climb out from under?? every offshore book has around a $850 to $1000 withdrawal limit via money transfer and fees have always ranged from $50 to $90.. it's nothing new, they are taxing us and they know we'll pay it. luckily there is always the check option

Wow. This really blows to have to pay a high fee just to get your own money.

And people bitch over a 3 dollar ATM fee that banks charge. This is nothing compared to the robbery that offshore books charge.

Talk about the odds being stacked against you...

dopeman,

I don't know what books you are playing at but I have never paid such a high fee on withdrawals. Costs me $9 to make a wd from matchbook and they send 3 or 4K at a time. Do the math on that... Other books do book to book transfers, etc. Little to no fees at Greek, BetJAm, I could go on and on. If you are paying 7% on a withdrawal you should take up a different hobby.

not even an EMAIL from customer service to the customers explaining what happened, no update here at RX, why the software is different. Who the new owners are, is it a merger or not...permanent or temporary...some kind of bad customer service there.

Skybook, Mike, used to be A++++ in customer service

For the record yes Skybook has changed ownership and sometime in the next month at the latest (hopefully sooner) there will be a detailed announcement explaining many of the questions raised in this thread when the new owners are comfortable that their plans for the book are solidly in place.

While I am not privy to specific details at this point I believe you will be happy with the new ownership and their operating model. I am very confident that you will not have any trouble at all withdrawing any part of your balance when you care to.

Please just allow the principals involved a few weeks to get all of their key personnel in place and their operating model worked out (it just needs a bit of fine tuning) and you will see an announcement here at The Rx and most likley a private communication detailing what the new version of Skybook will have to offer veteran and loyal players such as yourself...

Right now Mike like all of us is waiting for Skybook to finish the change in ownership and all that entails..

Patience is called for but sooner than later I believe you will be very pleased with the results.

Thanks, wilheim

Thanks Wilheim,

I have been dealing with Mike for many years and he has always done things right for me.

I have been dealing with a couple of other clowns at skybook and here is what one of them sent me in an email

We are in the process of making other withdrawal methods available to our
customers. However, that is not something you just put an AD in the
newspaper for. It takes time and patience and a lot of reaserch. It doesn't
look like we will have one soon.
For the time being we are offering those 2 methods.

Everytime we make a move... people talk. We are SKYBOOK and will continue
to be for years to come. We will continue to offer all of what Skybook is
known for in the industry. Be at peace, you are saved with Skybook.

Thought I had sent my email to god by mistake. Talk about arrogance. And all I asked to get this response was if there are any methods to withdrawal that don't cost more than 7%. I also asked what if any affiliation they have with betphoenix.

I have asked Mike to see if we can come to a decent compromise where I can still give them betting action instead of having to withdrawal all of my money. I am hopeful he can come up with something good.

Some questions could and should be answered right away...always keep your customers happy or you won't have any customers left...this isn't a national security issue...JMO Wil....

By the way, are the Bruins starting to worry? I don't see how you can win 4 straight NHL hockey playoff games...has it ever been done?@)
