Rx Bash Reservation Forms have been emailed!

Reservation forms have been emailed! TWICE!! Please use the one with 'amended' in the subject. :>Grin>

NOTE: Do NOT post the links to the reservation forms in the forums. We are trying to ensure that our veteran posters have first crack at rooms.

What you need to do:
1. Fill out the form.
2. Reply to the email I sent you, leaving subject line intact.
3. Await confirmation email (24 hours)

Due to the changes with the Bash dates, multiple reservation threads, and the volume of emails I've received, there exists the possibility that someone may have been missed or assigned to the wrong event. Bulk mail restrictions may affect their delivery, as well.

Below are the lists emailed today, categorised.

If you are on the wrong list, should be on a list but aren't, are on a list but didn't get the email, or just feel like chatting on a lazy Sunday evening, please contact me:

Any info submitted using the first link was immediately moved to the page hosting the second link. The first one was not secure, no. I hadn't been forwarded the correct URLs, unfortunately. We realised what had happened within ten minutes of the original form being emailed, and everything was transferred over right away.

You don't need to re-submit, no.

I had been hoping to send the first round of confirmation emails out this morning, but have not yet received the form data report (just your usernames and email addys, don't worry!) Now I have to run out the door for several hours .... I may not be able to send out emailed confirmations until later tonight (after 9pm, at least).
