Rumor has it Feds looking into Harness Racing

The last "Harness Sting" by the Feds found 3 TOP DRIVERS at the Northfield Park in OHIO. BARRED FOR FIXING Trifecta and superfecta races over an 18 month period.....It seems they netted over 2 million during the period...According to well informed sources the Feds now preparing TAX EVASION Charges against several Harness Drivers....the names of these drivers are on PUBLIC RECORD......Now a second "Sting" in the works.....

"If" I ever bet harness, which is almost never, I never even look at a program, I just play what pops in my head, harness is filthy dirty.. I witness one of the worse cheats ever about 10 years ago, the driver yanked right on the horse as he was in great position on the rail and the horse fought the driver and almost hit the rail, the horse ended up winning despite his slimeball driver's attemps to "make a move" which the driver said...

they fix maybe 4 or 5 races a week tops.........so what?.........there are 60 to bet on at least in that time frame and u might actually stumble upon a fix winner.....it is not like fixing a sporting event where there is that only one chance of winning..........race fixing is way over talked about and way over rated

You do not know the industry very well. Many don't do well unless they have some sort of info. This is the hardcore reality of the harness game.

i have been betting harness racing semi-succesfully since 1978
ill give u a funny one here....true story los alamitos when they ran harness we(my gambin buddies) TOOK THE LEADING driver to lunch and for a ham sandwich and a beer he ran a 3/5 shot out in a 6 horse trotting stakes field.........greatest game alive is the buggies

LMFAO that my friend is priceless & probably the best fix story I've ever heard. I missed having my friend work at Yonkers. I would walk in & she would hand me a sheet telling me what to bet. Every time she did the race results matched. I know she didn't cap a damn thing. I just shut my mouth & went about my business. Easy money for sure.
