Am unable to find yesterdays thread so starting new one on line movement education. These are my reads of Rule #3 and would like to see if others agree:

Here's the moves JJ, hopefully this helps you figure it out.

Diff stands for there was a change on both sides. Take for example the first one Mil. Moved .04 for Mil but also .01 toward Atl so I just made note of that by showing a .03 diff.

The ones I put none for were just lines I don't like, didn't really see anything significant there.

I think Oak,Cle,TB, Fla are the strongest consensus plays if jever and I if we are looking at it the same.

I may be missing something on the Cinny game it seems I am opposite of JJ and Jevers so I will go back and look at it.
