There exists a payment dispute between an advertiser of yours (Rio) and Sick Gambler(s).

If this is indeed the case, then I now tend to believe that the answer was "A". If the Rx truly stands behind the decision, then here is what I am going to do (and I kid you not):
I can personally put up a low 6-figure bankroll. I know of at least 25 friends / relatives that I trust enough to sign up accounts for in their name. They will be my "partners / backers", and between them we should have a mid 6-figure bankroll.
I will start with 4 or 5 Neteller accounts, and run them all from my computers. These will all be real people, and they can and will provide IDs, but I will place all the bets and "run the show" from my computer.
The first book I will sign up with will be Rio, claiming sign-up, reload, and referral bonuses in the process. I will meet all rollover requirements plus 50% extra (in other words, if there is a 4X requirement, I'll make sure these accounts do at least 6X rollover).
RPM, what I need you and the Rx to do is give me the "green light". If it's OK for Sick Gambler to do it, I assume it's OK for me too, right ?? RPM, please contact Neteller and Rio and let them know that I am prepared to start setting this up tomorrow. I also trust that if and when the shit hits the fan, that the Rx will be there to defend me and help me get any money that the book withholds from me.
If this type of scheme is OK, if indeed there has been a paradigm shift in the offshore sportsbetting industry to the point where it's kosher for one person to have/operate/control multiple accounts from one computer, then I'm ready to do it.
RPM, I shit you not - tell me the Rx approves of this setup and I'll start implementing it tomorrow.
