Lakerfan is correct-a-mundo.
For all combat sports action, I would stick with OLY. They offer the widest range of lines (by far), are on the level, and get up odds quickly. MVPSportsbook.com usually offers UFC ines, but that's all...no props or other events. Along with WSEX, those are the only books I trust with my cash. (Did I ever tell the story of MVP putting up a bogus line on a Pride fight and then paying out the nose for it?)
You can usually find card announcements on maxfighting.com and sherdog.com. The latter is especially useful for looking up records.
The line on Ortiz/Shamrock? Hmmmm...it wasn't huge. Shamrock was definitely the 'dog there, but Ortiz wasn't big money. He might've closed at -200 or so.
BetonSports had Ortiz by stoppage at +200.
But the trouble it took me to get paid almost wasn't worth it. FYI: they still consider UFC a "novelty" bet and won't pay out on your action unless you go 50/50 with your wagers on ball sports. This isn't expressed anywhere on the site. Those people are crooks and I'd avoid them like the plague. You'll be tempted: they know shit about MMA and will often screw up lines. But it's not worth it.
Off the soapbox! I'll be posting Pride 'caps sometime next week. It's a great card with some good value.
