Got an e-mail from a Royal employee introducing himself as my personal account rep at Royal. I wonder if this is their way of addressing their customer service issues? I spoke with my account rep today to request a withdraw, seemed like a smoother process.

got my email sunday and then about 2 pm that afternoon he called to say hello..

he was nice enough and didnt get too pushy..

i told him i fully undestood what it takes to make a deposit and if i decide to do that , he will be the first to know..

I think they have been doing this for some time now. I got the personal account rep email months ago. I haven't played there for a while but have received a few cold calls asking to redeposit.Definitely a negative with me when a book does this.

I'll be the 1st to admit, I was quite concerned when my balance at Royal ballooned right at the time the crap came out in the forums. I got paid today within an hour of neteller request through my account rep. That makes $7,500 in the last week, I wish I could say I was up $7,500 in the last week but that isn't the case, but Royal is paying for those that our curious.

My account rep called the other day. asked if i had any problems w/ Royal. I said 'No' and he said 'Great - I'll credit your account w/ a free $50.'

Must be a square thing.

If they keep offering unique lines, decent limits, dime lines, overnight lines and decent bonuses, they can continue to e-mail me to let me know of offers they have. I appreciate when a book sends me a notification of a special opportunity. Providing its a book I want to do business with.
