All though I am a 1st time poster I am well aware of how things work here. I have been an avid reader here for 3 years. I know the knowledgeable posters from the propaganda artists. I know the good books from the bad books. And most importantly I know when I am getting slow paid. I am currently getting the run around form Royal Sports. Below is the email I send today which speaks for its self.

Royal Sports,

I have been waiting almost a full 24hrs for a reply from my first email to you yesterday. I'm very disappointed with your service. Six days ago I requested a cashiers cheque on Tuesday Dec. 4th and was told to call back
Thursday Dec. 6th for a tracking #. I called Thursday and was then told Friday. I called Friday and was told Saturday. Called Saturday was told Sunday. I then wrote an email asking what the problem was. No reply. I called again this morning and was now told to call back Monday. It has almost been a week and still no tracking #?

You are not conducting honest business by not responding to emails or giving an explanation to my questions. It's been nothing but stalls. Your payouts are by no means prompt.

I will again ask the question: What is the problem? I made a small request and have had no response. Why has the money been taken from my account six days ago and still no tracking number?

Since I no longer have any desire to trust my money with your company because of the poor service you provide, please send me the rest of my balance for the amount of $xxxx. I still expect an answer to this email along with my tracking # without more excuses of "call us tomorrow" stall tactics.

If you cannot afford to return my funds, simple honesty would be more appreciated. I expect that this new withdrawal will be handled better, than the previous request.

Raw- That is sad to hear. If what you say is true, and I dont doubt you, that is not good.
Lets see if we can find more about your situation.

There hasnt been any problems reported from Royal about this before that I can ever recall.

I suspect this is specific to Western Union withdrawals (not justifying it, just puting it in full context) as I was $2500 via NETeller within 30 minutes of requesting is yesterday afternoon.

GL, I'm sure Royal will get this taken care of.

i just emailed tim too......lol, we will get a response soon, i am sure....Tim may have already left for the day, he was there early this morning....

I have made 2 2500 neteller w/d in the lst 2 days. Both paid within 30 minutes. Just an FYI.

WHILE I AGREE IT IS PROBABLY JUST AN OVERSIGHT, THEY SEEM TO NOT GET ANY COMPLAINTS, IT WASNT A WESTERN UNION WITHDRAWAL...

I WOULD ASSUME THAT GOES OUT FEDEX DOENST IT? MAYBE THEY JUST MAIL IT IF U DONT REQUEST FEDEX....I DONT KNOW

Yes, regular mail or Fed EX is correct.

I would assume FED EX because they provide a tracking number after 24 hours from an item being sent.

Not only did i request the w/d. It was money from the Bluemarlin bailout. I played the 10x rollover and did well and the paid without hassle. Just another FYI.

Raw Shouldnt be faulted for using a method they offer. Give him credit for some feedback on this withdrawal method.

As far as slow pay, I also would guess this is a customer service problem vs not having the funds. The inconvenience really sucks but I'm sure they will take care of it (if havent yet) now that attention has been brought to it.

For what it's worth I was also paid quickly by Royal via Neteller. I'm surprised they haven't responded to this situation yet.

I called Royal, Roberto is on holidays this week and Kevin should be back later today or early tomorrow morning and he will surely respond and get it sorted out. I agree that it is more of a CS issue than a money issue as everyone else is reporting quick withdrawals.

I’m not here to get anything but my money, which I requested on Tuesday Dec. 2nd. I’m
tired of the “CALL BACK TOMORROW” tactics.

I have an honest right as customer, who has been playing since September, to get my withdrawals. It worries me that I send two emails in two days and get “NO” replies.

They also are giving me no explanation on why it is taking so long. I think it should not matter what withdrawal method people use, to be able to get “fast reliable payouts” which royal claims but do not apply to their business practice.

I’m just here to get my money and an explanation. I’m sure if it were your money getting yanked around, you would feel the same way.

Royal, just answer my emails and give me back my
money.

(P.S. Correction: On first email, withdrawal was requested on Dec. 2nd, not Dec. 4th.”)
