royal - paying or not?

I can see that several players are having problems getting paid from Royal. I would like to know if some has been paid during the last week?
Royal says that they have no problem paying players. There is only a few players that they have not paid because these players may be under age.
I have about 17k at royal but can´t make a withdrawl since I have not met the roll over yet.

I have waited 4-5 days for a withdrawl of 2500 via Neteller. Kenneth (a manager at Royal) has used different kind of excuses for not paying me.
