Royal not paying my 28k

I have been trying to get paid for 2 weeks now. They keep asking for things like a copy of my DL, last 4 of my SS#, copy of utility bill, and copy of CC bill. I thought this was all ludicrous but they said it was for my security.

Well, everything was submitted by 3 days ago and now they say they are auditing my submissions. How long should that take?
Anyone else experiencing problems with them?

V/man, sounds like a stall tactic to me, play at Cris,Grande,Pinnacle or Oly, 28k is shit to these guys. good luck tell us when you get paid.

Do they have a marketing dept?

Some Cold Callers are so hard to avoid/toss away !!!

I understand why someone would send money just anywhere. Me, being a marketer myself have made people send money overafter they hanged up on me the first ten times; so you actually create some rapport with the customers. After that they don't know what hit them.

The problem for Cold Callers is: Don't work for a book that don't pay, research, research, research...

PS.: Hope everything goes ok, 28k is a lot for me, and even if you got money, it ain't peanuts.

Anybook who just doesn't pay you when you ask for it is flat out jerking you around.

HTRC has had a lot of success in the past getting people paid at Royal. I am not sure exactly what the problem is in Velton's case, but feel confident Hate can get it sorted out. I know Royal went through a very tuff strech a while back, in their favor they have worked hard to get everyone paid. I hope we can hear something positive regarding this issue very soon.

I am not talking about your case at all, but FWIW I have been paid 20K over the last two weeks from Royal without any problems.

Thanks Wil.. much appreciated. I have received an email from Velton regarding this and have exhanged a couple of emails with Royal. I will be calling them in an hour or so to discuss as there seems to be more information then previously discussed. I have always acted as neutral as possible and will continue to do so.

In defense of Royal, There are 2 sides to every story. I have been involved with this issue from the start along with another player whos accounts are being audited for whatever reason. I have advised Royal that there has to be closure and we cannot just keep the player in limbo. Either they are due payment or not. I do not see a problem with the auditing, but there has to be a deadline.

When I first requested a payout from Royal, my balance was about 13k. They continued to stall, and I continued to gamble and win with them. They took bets daily without any problem.

It seems to me they were hoping I would gamble and lose, but as my balance kept increasing, they decided to ask for more info in order to stall. That is my opinion. They say this is for my security. So I suppose they are suspecting fraud here. Well I appreciate that but I have waited more than long enough for my money. I expect them to conclude their investigation by tomorrow and then pay me.

not sure about this now but I heard a while back Royal got stiffed a lot of money by a western union middle man-they may have fixed this not sure.
