Royal Sports has bailed out, migrated the store from Costa Rica to Curacao, fixed all existing data, built a functioning website in 72 hours.
We are still busy with pending wagers and Bonus Plays as the former owners have not provided all needed information.

Posters are strange...you've got one guy calling Pokerking the weakest link and another playing the violin...
What's the problem with Pokerking's complaint?
Royal has "bailed out" GA (their words not mine) and it seems that they have already told Pokerking that they will not honor his Bonus Play. That is a problem! They are busy but if we trust what Pokerking says, they have made a decision about his Bonus Play.

I agree that is a problem if they are telling him they arent ever going to honour it. However, they seem to be saying its just going to take a little more time. I think we should give them that, because they have moved quickly so far. I am still waiting on my pending plays to be added as well.

This guy says that Royal "said" they will not honor the play. Not sure if they did or not but that's the way it seems.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed that Royal says they "bailed out" GA. This industry is filled with scum. Even in the face of information that would suggest otherwise, GA (and their supporters) denied that they were bailed out. Scum, Scum, Scum!!!

I have nothing against Royal, GA, and do not know this Pokerking guy BUT.....
Why is it "unbelieveable" that this guy should want his Bonus Play? The guy signed up with GA and should be allowed to withdraw when he wants to yet he has to rollover 5x and now many posters expect him to keep quiet about a Bonus Play that he should have received.
Bonus whore or not, the guy is playing by the rules and is STILL getting fvcked. Royal is solid for stepping in here but jeez give me a break, i'm sure they are getting a very good deal otherwise they would not have acquired..I mean..bailed out GA.

Royal is honoring the fund in the GA accounts, not percentages of roll over amounts & promised Bonus Plays.

I have nothing at stake here really (only a contest entry and frankly I consider that payment for a lesson where I learned never to play with a shop like GA ever again). I'm just a guy who looks for fairness and it would seem unfair to Pokerking for Royal to cherry pick the GA accounts.
The GA account holders got lucky that Royal is going to bail them out. However, they still have to roll the account 5x and now folks like you think that they shouldn't get the incentives.
Where's the unbiased sense of fairness that we (books and players) should have to make the industry better?

The old owner had a lot of skeletons in his closet. As you guys at Royal will find out there is probably a lot more the former owner left out. Like giving you all the sharps and taking the squares for his next sheet of business,Telling you guys the business was worth more then it was, trying to get the most for his own pockets instead of pocketing money on the bottom line of the business. This punk deserves a beaten.
These threads are flowing under assumptions. You guys don't know how Royal obtained your accounts. There was a contract involved which is not usually what a bailout involves. A bailout would be if your money was at Royal with a rolover where you got something rather than nothing. A buyout has a contract, involves other transactions such as websites and money changes hands with some or all of post up recieved. My advice would be to demand to know the contract specifics and find out what really happened to you money. Royal is not bailing out as in free money to anyone. Its not good for the industry for this to be known but its true. Math doesnt allow it.
