I had no money bet on the game but I have seen this same scenario over and over and over. This guy is a terrible coach. The only way he ever wins anything is when he has the superior team but even then he will lose. Ku vs Syracuse in the championship game. KU vs Carolina in the semi's a couple of years ago...Also Cody Zeller is the bad Zeller he reminds me of Chenowith. I hope he is not planning on playing in the NBA...Actually I take that back he might be able to play in the D league.
I believe I saw in the stands with Doc Rivers last night cheering for Dook. I guess he feels a little bitter after what happened to him. Well, can't blame him really.
And I totally agree with you about Roy. He doesn't try to change strategies when something isn't working, he never calls time outs when he should, he's easily the worst coach of a top flight school in the country. His teams win in spite of him, not because of him.
Wonder if he'll ever be asked to coach the Olympic team like Coach K? I wouldn't hold my breath....

Roy Williams just tells the kids to run up and down the court just like they did on the playgrounds. There is no defense just what I like to call "Ghetto Ball". Now when they run into a team that plays defense i.e. FSU that has similar blue chip athletes they get completely run out of the gym...He coached the exact same way at KU. There is no way that Bill Self would go to any opposing court and get beat by 35points no matter how bad the team was.
