Is Pinny Live (for baseball) only good up to end of 7th...?

I think I was trying to make a bet when top 8th had already started... or does it not matter since for my account, it says "Wagering available soon" (symbol) for MLB Live?

I would have loved to nab it at U3.5 +122, darn.
