There is a java script error in the top menu.
A popup script error message comes up in IE6.
It looks like an undefined menu item. Check line 53-54.

Thanks Dante. It is quiet a project, and the current release is just the beta of the final new site. There's still a lot that needs to be done. Debugging is ongoing ( Rick, you're right, there was a problem due to the overlapping of coding of the old navbar with the simplified new one and its being adressed ), there will be minor modifications in the sub-directories left nav-bar and two more pages are being added.

There will be additional subdirectories added in the coming month related to TOW's visits to Books.

The basic idea behind this new release is to make the site faster ( keeping dialup surfers in mind ), easier to navigate and with better organized content.
