The Eagle reports Roberson participated in part of a team walk-through
on Thursday. He is expected to play. His status as the starter is
unknown. "I think at the appropriate time, there will be information
shared about that, but we're not to that point yet," K-State athletic
director Tim Weiser said Thursday. HC Bill Snyder didn't comment.+

If i wasn!t confused before, i am now. The first report out yesterday stated it was a sex assualt charge against him Now it is a curfew problem.Boy , i think there is a great great difference, maybe not to him though. BuddyM

The imediate infraction is the curfew violation. That is a team imposed and regulated rule for which the coach has to address immediately. The sexual assault charge will have to wait for the court date set aside.

I have heard that the woman accusing him was an ex-girlfriend, there was no physical injuries (though it was consensual sex), there won't be any charges against Roberson, and lawyers for the woman will end up admitting that the rape report was false.

The curfew violations may be a factor, but I have friends in Arizona that saw several other KSU football players out on the town on New Years Eve after curfew. Roberson was in the team hotel, and the time the sex occurred may be in dispute as well.

i dont see why he even sits a minute. hell, he hasnt been charged with anything. someone can say i rapped a girl, and being a teacher, i wouldnt lose my job. i would when found guilty, but not just because some brod said so.

if he doesnt start because he missed curfew the other night, well, then thats cause for the delayed playing time. either way, o state wins tonight. el has way too much going on right now. this game fails in comparison to all others. if he did do this to the girl, then this is in his head, and might play the worst game of his life.

Since you are a teacher, I would hope that 'rapped' and 'brod' are typos rather than misspellings.

Favre lost his father, Roberson (allegedly) is being accused of rape. How are those similar?
