Um... this is practically a coin flip pre-flop. You had a 61% chance of
winning pre-flop. After the flop, he still had a 10% chance of
winning.

Yawn.

If you think this is worth posting on a poker forum, you need to find
a different past-time.

I should have added that the turn card gave him a double belly-buster draw,
and upped his chance of beating you to 18.2%.

cake poker is even worse than pokerstars! I love the "theres more hands played" argument, I only have to play 1/2 an hor to see a bunch of shady looking hands!

never played in cake and never will... i hate the people who own it. I have an interesting theory my friend... I think that you have winning and losing streaks, u just gotta detect them, when ur on a losing streak instead of pushing it is better to turn off the fucking pc and go out and do something else, a wise way to minimize your losses. On the other hand, if ur winning, get the best of it. I dont really think is rigged against a one special player, but i have noticed that the shortstacks get bad beats more often, this could be to speed up the traffic. But yeah, thats my advice, detect whats going on and avoid it or earn from it, and dont get in love with ur hands... u will be dealt another good hand 3 or 4 rows after, in the meanwhile players will get busted. The main thing is to always land on the money

if ur a solid player i advice you to play the 18 people sit n gos at stars... is very easy to land on the money, just try to double up before u get to the final table and be patient, people get desperate there and start stealing too much, a expensive mistake that i used to make. i usually play 4 of these at the same time of $6.60 and i almost always cash on 2 or 3... play 8 hours a day and ull be swimming in money in no time
