I did have a really tough time getting my WU deposit credited recently.I have heard of a few people having problems when making deposits.That said I never had a problem when withdrawing and that's what really counts.I also love the 105 juice at IIS.This is my 2nd favorite out next to you know who.

Nothing sucks more than having your money somewhere and someone put down your shop and not say why. Well some things suck more, herpes, chapter 13, book disapearin but you know what i mean.

Shut out twice because

1) Internet down/slow/hacked

2) New phone numbers not answering

3) Customer service unfriendly and unable to answer questions as to why 1 and 2 above

Our Internet website is up and running fine. We may have suffered a slight 'connection hiccup' in the afternoon, for 5-6 minutes, but other than that, all is well.

I think Rio is a fine book and are getting better. I am sure that they will help you in any trouble you may have. I think it is the responsibility of all books to make you a happy customer. I think it is the players responsibility to let the book know what makes you happy.

Uraputz, I agree that at times people there have some English problems. I have complained, and they say they are getting rid of the bad eggs. As far as payout, they pay me very fast, and when it comes to a free half point, I will let someone badmouth my mother every day of the week for a free half. Pinnacle, Rio, IIs, canbet, betauusie, and hollywood can all irritate me. Just keep giving me the free half and reduced juice. After all, when it is all said and done, all that mattersto me is how much coin is in my pocket at the end of the week. I just added up how much I saved on juice at pinnacle and IIS this week, and it was mind boggling. Ura, sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. Take for example, BEt pan am, they were down all day today. Sure, I was pissed, but you know what, they give me 107 juice, and some juicy lines. I will certainly stay loyal to them as they are giving me back something HUGE. Ura, try not to be miopic, and look at the big picture. If you do, you will probably have a lot more coin in your pocket at the end of the year.
