I think Olympic needs to come on here and clear this up. Kudos to JJ for bringing it to our attention. If it is like he says, I don't blame DB and Rick who have always been straight, IMO.

This is just a line accuracy issue, Ricky should take them off until they go real time.

I now beleive Ricky is honest as they come as are the boys at G-J

I have finally gotten info that the delayed lines of certain books are not your doing. The Greek is making your service look bad by the delayed lines they give you so they can bet out as are other books. I would say the only way to teach them is remove them off your screen, they are giving you a bad name.

What is happening is Greek has two different computer systems and the delayed one is hooked into your real time line feed and that is the line you are getting. It is not fair to paying customers. Most of the places are real time but Greek and some others are playing games.

Please remove them from your screen or ask them lines must be real time.

I totally agree. It has gotten so bad that I have removed Olympic from my Don best screen. None of their numbers are honored. They are even worst than Pinnacle. I thought that the reason for books to be on the screen was so that they could service the Don best customers as opposed to their own agenda.

We could put on a real-time greek feed this weekend if we wanted, in fact we already have it programmed. If DB were that concerned about it, they would fix it. Its your $550, demand a re-write on the feed.

Since you are a competitor of Don Best, I don't believe it is right for you to tell them how to conduct their business, just as it would be improper for Don Best to tell you guys how to conduct your own...

Why is is that you always appear on any thread that mentions DON BEST?

Can you imagine Pepsi appearing on Coca Cola threads all over the internet and telling Coca Cola what ingredients they should be using?

It won't ever happen and in my opinion, your company would be much better served with more Professionalism from your representatives and letting your product speak for itself...

I believe Don Best has to share some of the blame. It is their service and they are charging the customer. If the Greek doesnt want to follow the rules then he should be taken off untill they comply. If the lines are not going to be honored why would DB or their customers want Olympic on the screen??????????

Hey Shrink, I see nothing wrong with Gj's response and I am surprised that YOU took that point of view per his response. He is just saying what he thinks can be done about it.

GJ is a competitor and seems to have an ok product. Free speech is also why you have this forum in the first place.

I am not saying its their fault but it is their product and they are selling as a "LIVE LINE SERVICE" that is what the premium service is and if they allow this to happen then they are are at fault.
