Im not sure of this but i believe that Pinnacle is not showing their actual lines unless you are logged -in. Either that or they are dealing multiple lines. Some of the lines ive seen in the last 10 days or so i know they are not offering. Maybe 2 many U.S. players banging the refresh button every 3 seconds so they've decided to F with them?.......lol

I just checked into this. Pinnacle sent LA -149 as the opening line and then changed it to LA -191 30 seconds later.
The -149 was clearly a mistake, but our system is setup to accept the first line sent as the opener, so that is what it did.
I know the Pinny opener is used by many customers, so our sports department will now be checking every opening line from Pinnacle to ensure this does not happen again.
I check G&J, and the same thing happened with their feed, but it looks liked they changed the opener on their system to LA -201.
I apologize for the mistake, and assure you that we will be doing everything we can to not let this happen again.

I just did a spot check on Tuesday's lines and see some issues when comparing to G&J. For example, 978 Min - SO has the opener as -134 and G&J has -128. But if you look at the line history on G&J, the first number they received was -134, so I don't know why their opener is different.

We also have four and have noticed some different numbers also. I will say this, when i asked Rick , i got a answer and solution right away. I know he wants to know of any problems especially with F/B right around the corner. We can't use bad number's and we are talking about money. If S/O has a problem i feel asured they will work it out immediately.If anybody out there has a problem, please email rick. it helps us all.

I can shed some light on why you guys may see different lines for Pinny on the different services.
Most books 'push' their lines to the live services, but Pinnacle does not. To get their lines, services access an XML feed, and because of the high demand for their feed, and the high volume of changes, they only allow the feed to be accessed in certain increments.
And because Pinny has so much movement (especially in baseball) each service may get a different line on their incremental update.
We know people value the Pinny line, so at SportsOptions we have some processes in place that should make our Pinny lines the overall fastest and most accurate.

If you want to put DB and GJ out of business or at the very least greatly reduce there market share, I would go up to PINNY and offer them a boatload of cash to make there realtime feeds exclusive to sportsoptions if thats doable.
