I am heading to AC next weekend and don't have a host there, used mine from Local casino here outside of Chicago. My host told me I was RFB and I just called to confirm and the women told me correct, "but we use your reward credits first." Not a big deal but is this info accurate? I am a 50 - 100 hand avg. BJ player for about 5 - 7 hours a day and I am bringing a few buddies down with me, do you think a $300 - 400 dinner would be pushing it? Thanks.

$$300 400 dinner is what i meant to say? We will pay it eitherway but should i expect that to be comped if I show them my regular action?

Proally not. Usually covers you and a guest.

And $50-$100 isn't that much really, especially at BJ

So whats the "rule" for RFB in terms of amount per party, say of two?
Is there a gauge?
I am assuming this is all covered up front, is that a correct assumption?
Thanks for any help.

Depends, check with your host, or get a host.

Tell them what you are looking to do and what play you expect to give.

But I can tell you now, $50-$100 a hand is not going to get $400 dinners comped.

Unless things really are that bad.

I go to AC frequently. Ususally RFB they will pick up your food. But you must be carefull because they me give you like the buffet. They somtimes will balk at picking up the tab at a gourmet resturant. I usually am at Borgata or Taj. I had the best host at Taj asuite, room service dinner for 4 at the nice resturants, those were the days. Borgata will try that point bullshit. I tell them if they don't pick up the tab I'm leaving and going over to Taj. The other trick is open a credit line and tell the host to treat you right and you will be back again. GL I'll be going in 2 weeks.

Harrah's is pretty desperate. RFB includes the "top" restaurants (steakhouse and new seafood place, neither of which hold a candle to the nice places at the Borgata). But yes, it's usually only for up to two people. On the check it shows the # of guests and they use that.

If you want to go above 2, check with a host upfront. It really shouldn't a be problem with that much 50-100 BJ. 4 hrs will get you what you want.

I pretty much gave them very little action (couple hundred on dice, couple hundred on VP for a whole weekend - spent most time at the Borg) on my last RFB as I've started to hate the place, abused the food/bev bigtime (300 for 2 at the seafood place), and spend my points before the end of the trip so my balance was 0 anyway..And guess what, they still want me back as RFB.

Have fun.

thanks guys i will keep you posted, seems like they are really trying to get people in the door. Came home tonight and had two free flights and RFB to Harrah's Reno. Thanks again. Do they have a racebook in AC?

yes they have a racebook at Harrahs AC. It's very small though, right across from the poker room.

You should have no problem getting the bigger dinner comped.

If I wasn't on post review w/no PMs I'd tell you to PM me and I'll give you my hosts info from there. Diamond players with high avg daily theo (last 5 trips) can get anything within reason these days from the Harrahs shops. .
