'There's no excuse for what they did yesterday, and there's no excuse for not coming today,' Sen. They stayed away for a second day on Wednesday. A visibly irritated Hatch suspended that rule. Health and Human Services secretary nominee Rep. Tom Price and Treasury nominee Steve Mnuchin were approved by 14-0 voice votes.
