He's getting a lot of air time lately. It also seems like he's getting alot of attention in the media. Doesn't he crack the top 5 in the daily news cycles? He has an opinion editorial today in the Wall Street Journal with his version of an effective stimulus package. He's even suggesting to sit down with the president to go over it.

What do you republcians think about that? It's almost as if they're (media) taking this guy seriously. Even moreso than the people's elected officials? Now he wants to have a sit down with the president himself to go over his proposal? I have pretty much one thought about it all, but I just wanted to see what you guys thought about it all.

Him being their source of information fits right in with Palin being their next leader.

OK, well lemme clarify. It isn't a slam thread here. I honestly wanna know what republican's think about Limbaugh making more headway with the president than any of the republican members of congress.

Fest any thoughts on the topic?

I used to like Limbaugh years ago when he felt free to
criticize the Repubs as well as the Democrats. During the Bush
years he too closely aligned himself to the Republican Party and
lost his edge.

So, I haven't been a Rush fan for many years.

I like Michael Savage, because he is able to tell it like it is,
and isn't a sycophant to anyone or any party.

Do you feel he's an asset, a detriment, or indifferent to the Republican party?

Anyone else? Willie, Roll, Toc, etc.

Another donkey reference to neo-con from someone who has
no clue what it means.

I read your post ,er copy and paste, on that but all I saw were opinions so I assume that my opinion is better. Neocon stands for new conservative. It differs in that it entails more social conservatism. Thus it sucks even worse.

the messiah made Rush front page news

he understands more about everything than the messiah, and he's probably earned more money, coming from nowhere, than every career politician the left has in Washington.

but here's where you're fundamentally wrong 3peet, we don't have a vocal political leader. We live our lives, depend on ourselves and tend to want political leaders to keep us safe but stay out of the way.

Y'all are the ones that look to somebody else for guidance, and hope

What is in those leftie genes that make them want to call out other posters? They make what they think is a some point, and then wait around for one of us to respond, calling us out if they don't think we responded quick enough.

another thing I'll just never understand, and so many of them do it too :ohno:

Willie, again. I dunno what happened to you. You used to be a classy guy. Now your just plain ignorant.

Where the fuck in this thread did I even mention Obama or call you republicans out? It was simply a discussion thread. Sounds like you're either slurpin Hannity and need a bib or you think every thread from a lefty is a threat.

Get a fuckin clue for once.

And one other thing Willie. Obama didn't put Rush on the front page. Limbaugh himself did when he said the day after the inauguration he wanted the president to fail.

Guess u wouldn't know since you had Rush's cock in one ear and Hannity's member in your other.

I mean this is pretty much what the Rebublicans future seem to be

yeah not looking too good

looks like it will be palin, jindal, romney, huckster, sanford as potential candidates for now

and only sanford worth supporting

and GOP tends to end up nominating a guy that lost running for the nomination in the past

so huckster or romney i'm guessing will likely get it in 2012

that said in general too much emphasis put on the prez

congress makes the laws we'll see as things "evolve" with the depression if some true conservatives step up to the plate and start running for office

tiz can only hope

cause right now the current state of politics is a bunch of liberals bickering about what government should be doing

rather than what they shouldn't be doing which is a ton of shit...

willie99, along with many other righties on this forum, tocco05, and the gang, darwinian, daveinvegas were the same ones having orgasms over palin and how should we set everything straight.

the basic code for what willie99 is saying, the republican party has nobody capable of effectively delivering a message to the people.
